Ciré Cumbayá opened its doors in 2013 with an avant-garde concept of original signature recipes, taking as a starting point the traditional cuisine of Ecuador. After 6 years, Erick, eager to continue exploring, experiments with innovative techniques and a portfolio of products from the best suppliers to reinvent himself with a new menu, and as a reflection of a new place that evolves like him. The incredible eye of his wife Ma. Ga helps us to capture Erick's kitchen in every detail of this, his second home that is Ciré.
For the restyling of the logo we wanted to capture who Erick is, who he became and where his vision is heading. The coat of arms represents Quito, his native land and the geometric element indicates the modernity and technique of his cooking. The logo aims to establish Ciré and Erick Dreyer as he is, a pioneer in Ecuadorian gourmet cuisine.
